Abstract

10.5281/zenodo.18434521 We present a unified framework where the electron mass me = 0.511 MeV/c2emerges from cosmic density ρ∗ = 4.06 × 10−20 kg m−3 via phase synchronizationdynamics. The relation mec2 = (α/2π)(ℏc/ℓ∗)(1/2) achieves 0.0004 % accuracywith ℓ∗ = (mP /ρ∗)1/3 ≈ 0.16 mm. The same synchronization mechanism yieldsmodified gravity Geff = G0/p1 + ρ∗/ρ, explaining galaxy rotation curves withoutdark matter. All predictions are testable in low-energy experiments.
