Abstract

Fix UP secondary alignment deduplication in filterViralSam (#621) Minor refinements to release process from testing on v3.0.1.9: Switched from treating the release bot's App ID as a secret to a variable. Updated documentation to remove requirement for review on final PR into main. Fix several sources of stochastic test failures: Added missing memory specifications to BBTools processes Broadened tolerable results ranges for probabilistic tests Fixed bug in download-db.sh that was causing inter-run contamination of reference files
