Abstract

Recent results from the Dark Energy Survey Year 6 (DES Y6) confirm a persistent 񑆸 clumpiness tension (∼0.79). We propose the Non-local Field Energy (NFE) framework, governed by the core axiom 񐴫 ¯񐴠= 0, as a solution. We identify the “Horsepool Repulsion Signature" (HRS)—an outward radial acceleration in cosmic voids—predicting a tangential shear (񛾽ѡ) deviation at 1.2񑅽ѣ. Preliminary analysis of DES Y6 lensing profiles suggests a 2.3񜎠anomaly consistent with this repulsion, potentially reinterpreting systematic noise as a novel geometric signal.
