Vallejos Vacuum Saturation Dynamics Law Ghost-Resistant Covariant Effective Completion of Vacuum Response
Abstract
This work presents the Vallejos Vacuum Saturation Dynamics Law, a covariant effectivedynamical formulation establishing a universal saturation bound on vacuum response. The physical vacuum is shown to possess a finite capacity for geometric and causalresponse, dynamically enforced through a divergent saturation barrier. An explicit ghost-resistant action is constructed using a Gauss–Bonnet–based responsefield, ensuring differentiability, causal consistency, and recovery of General Relativityin the linear regime. Configurations attempting to exceed the saturation limit aredynamically excluded without introducing phenomenological cutoffs or ad hoc regularization. The framework does not negate existing theories, but completes them by providing anexplicit physical boundary for vacuum response. Regular black-hole geometries previouslyintroduced phenomenologically are reinterpreted as effective realizations of thesaturation principle. This release serves as a public, timestamped record of the dynamical law and its definingstructure. Microscopic completion and entropy accounting are deferred to subsequent work. No existing framework is corrected; the theoretical map is closed by explicit borders. The dynamical law introduced here is governed by the same underlying equation already validatedin the electroweak precision sector, now elevated to a fully covariant vacuum-response dynamics
