Abstract

This note isolates a simple numerical relation linking the muon-to-electron mass ratio within a minimal effective framework, without introducing fitted parameters. The resulting expression reproduces the experimental value mμ/mem_\mu/m_emμ/me at the ∼10−3\sim 10^{-3}∼10−3 level (≈0.1–0.2% depending on conventions), and appears as a secondary numerical consequence of an internal constraint previously identified in a low-coupling effective model. No fundamental interpretation is claimed at this stage. KEY RESULT:A compact closed-form approximation for L=mμ/meL = m_\mu/m_eL=mμ/me emerges in the scheme considered, with bounded relative deviation under reasonable variations of conventions and internal parameters. METHODOLOGY: Definition of the dimensionless ratio L=mμ/meL = m_\mu/m_eL=mμ/me with mem_eme as reference scale Identification of a simple convergent expression for LLL in the minimal model Robustness checks under normalization/convention changes and internal-parameter variations Verification that no fine-tuning is required within the tested domain SCOPE:This deposit is limited to the numerical isolation and stability assessment of the lepton-mass relation. Extensions to other sectors and any deeper interpretation are intentionally left for subsequent work. PRIORITY:This deposit establishes public priority for the isolated lepton-mass numerical relation and its reported robustness. Contact: toq.research@laposte.netORCID: 0009-0003-7926-4331
