Abstract
T. Hett, J. L. Wort, 260130 When using this GUI, please cite: Hett et al., J. Am. Chem. Soc. 143, 6981-6989 (2021), DOI: https://doi.org/10.1021/jacs.1c01081 and Wort et al., StarProtocols, (2026) DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xpro.2026.104405 Dependencies of this function include the MATLAB report generator toolbox. This function is meant for deconvolution and linear combination fitting of time-domain pulse dipolar EPR spectroscopy data (background corrected data in .dat form). When executing the function, the user will be asked to import the background corrected dipolar traces corresponding to apo-, holo-, and mix traces. Users can specify how data is output, either as ASCII-format files, png figures, or as a PDF report, or combinations thereof. The modulation depths of the input traces are scaled to the modulation depth of the apo-trace as introduced by G. Jeschke, Appl. Magn. Reson. 30, 473-498 (2006), DOI: https://doi.org/10.1007/BF03166213
