Abstract

This dataset and supplement support the Unified Emergent Dynamics (UED) framework, an effective field theory where dark energy and dark matter emerge from a common viscous, information-carrying medium called the Informational Dark Fluid (IDF). UED resolves the Hubble and S_{8} tensions through scrambling-limited viscosity and vorticity-driven dynamics. Key features of the theory include: Theoretical Framework: A two-tier structure consisting of Minimal UED (5 parameters) and Extended UED (7 parameters). Cosmological Impact: Resolves the ~ 5\sigma Hubble tension and the S_{8} growth discrepancy. Observational Predictions: Predicts logarithmic gravitational wave echoes with Golden Ratio damping and specific supernova color drift. Mathematical Rigor: Demonstrates mathematical consistency through hyperbolicity, causality, and stability analysis. Falsifiability: Provides a detailed table of specific observational tests for upcoming surveys like DESI, Euclid, and LISA. The provided files include the main manuscript, detailed mathematical derivations for the Master Evolution Equation and Metric Emergence, and information regarding MCMC parameter estimation.
