Oxygen Sensor Calibration Code
Abstract
This file contains code to calibrate miniDOT oxygen data. Example sensor data is included in the file and example calibration data (from multiple Winkler titrations) is included in the code. Please upload or rewrite these tables with your measurements. The first half of this code is a calibration accounting for potential sensor drift over time. The second half of this code is a single check calibration.
