Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within globalbioticinteractions/ysu-bc hash://md5/2212ec24d1fd838eaaa93c548ebb6728

Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named globalbioticinteractions/ysu-bc, has fingerprint hash://md5/3045b5e1daee01da6abfeba28c1d37dd, is 104MiB in size and contains 309,223 interactions with 4 unique types of associations (e.g., hasHost) between 11,328 primary taxa (e.g., SH1255416.10FU) and 351 associated taxa (e.g., Pinus sylvestris). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
