Toward General Laws of Systems and Stability: A Foundational Perspective
Abstract
This paper explores the possibility of formulating general, domain-independent laws governing the behavior and stability of systems. A systems-level framework is proposed, structured around energy-based representations, reciprocal influence, and equilibrium transitions. The approach is illustrated through cross-domain case studies including engineering systems, population dynamics, and network models, aiming to identify unifying structural principles underlying stability across physical and abstract systems.
