Abstract

The Helix Protocol is a novel binary storage architecture that simulates the double-stranded nature of biological DNA to create "Self-Healing Files." Unlike standard error correction (RAID/Parity) which requires external hardware or redundant volumes, the Helix Protocol embeds an autonomous repair kit within the file stream itself. This repository contains the Proof of Concept (v1.0) implementation in C#, demonstrating: Real-time combinatorial repair of data streams.Autonomous defense against binary patching (Rootkits).Simulation of archival stability against high-entropy bit rot.The github repo is currently private and will remain as such until i have gotten some legal advice on how to proceed with development on this project. For now all that will be avadible is the white paper for the concept.
