Evidence A: SIGNATURES — Observable Signatures of Capacity-Limited Physics
Abstract
Evidence A: SIGNATURES — Observable Signatures of Capacity-Limited Physics This paper catalogs the empirical predictions of the Admissibility Physics framework. Rather than proposing new particles, modified equations, or perturbative corrections, it identifies observable regime boundaries—conditions under which standard physical descriptions remain locally accurate but fail globally due to finite correlation capacity. The central prediction is threshold behavior. When correlation capacity at an interface approaches saturation, global descriptions (quantum states, spacetime geometry, long-range coherence) fail abruptly, producing sharp “knees” rather than smooth deviations. Local physics continues to obey quantum mechanics and general relativity precisely; what fails is the assumption of unrestricted global coordination. The paper organizes predicted signatures across multiple domains: Quantum systems: entanglement saturation, enhanced monogamy, coherence knees, and minimum measurement cost. Gravitational physics: horizons as capacity-saturated interfaces, near-horizon coherence degradation, staged black-hole ringdown with statistically significant knees, and singularities as regime exits rather than physical infinities. Cosmology: suppression of large-scale correlations, staged emergence of classicality, the cosmological constant as residual horizon-scale capacity, and the inapplicability of probability at the cosmological origin. All predictions are model-independent, following from finite enforceability alone and not from assumptions about microphysics. Where numerical predictions are available (Cabibbo angle, spacetime dimensionality, number of fermion generations, θ_QCD, Λ ~ H₀²), the framework shows striking agreement with observation. Where direct tests are not yet feasible, the paper specifies concrete falsification criteria and experimental targets. This paper functions as the empirical exposure layer of the Admissibility Physics program. It translates structural constraints into testable signatures, distinguishes admissibility-based failures from noise or decoherence, and defines where existing physics should succeed, fail, or transition. About the series. Admissibility Physics derives the Standard Model gauge group, fermion content, quantum formalism, Lorentzian spacetime, the Einstein field equations, the cosmological constant, and the neutrino, strong-CP, and dark sectors from a single assumption — that enforcement is finite at every causally connected region — with zero free parameters. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately, and every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems across roughly 450 modules, 48 quantitative predictions).
