Abstract

This release contains the first working version of the agent-based NetLogo model used in a draft manuscript submitted for peer review. The model implements collective herding dynamics with excitation (panic), active drivers, and configurable architectural geometries (walls, funnels, terminal necks), allowing exploration of how built form biases collective movement and capture outcomes without physical enclosure. This release is intended for transparency and reproducibility of the modeling approach reported in the associated paper. The code may be refined in subsequent versions as the manuscript progresses through review. NetLogo version: tested with NetLogo 7.0.3 License: MIT.
