Project T Volume V : The Triple Hopf Complete Quasi-Hopf Structure of H₀(Ã₂)
Abstract
We present the complete quasi-Hopf algebra structure of the affine 0-Hecke monoid H₀(Ã₂). The structure exhibits a triple symmetry: three generators {a, b, c}, three coproducts {Δₐ, Δᵦ, Δᶜ}, and three reflection axes in the Weyl group W(Ã₂). We prove that the coproduct is non-coassociative, requiring an associator Φ satisfying Drinfeld's pentagon equation. The R-matrix provides solutions to the Yang-Baxter equation, and the entire structure encodes the topology of the trefoil knot. This 'Triple Hopf' structure explains why three fermion generations exist in nature.
