Abstract

LFIS–21 records the canonical exponent and scale commitments of Light Frame Cadence Theory in archival form. Building on the derivation and nine-regime ledger established in LFIS–20, this volume introduces no new parameters, no new observational regimes, no new data analysis, and no new field equations. Its purpose is to state clearly which scaling commitments are fixed, how they are related, and where they apply across the framework. The volume fixes two linked exponents as canonical. The cadence-balance exponent ΔA governs mass–velocity scaling in the outward contribution and is recorded as the geometric, dimensionless value ΔA = 1/4. The response exponent δ applies to acceleration-based observables and is defined as δ = 2ΔA, giving the canonical value δ = 1/2. LFIS–21 emphasizes that these exponents are not independent fitting parameters and are not adjusted from one regime to another. LFIS–21 also records the status of the universal low-acceleration scale a₀ as a global representability closure scale associated with horizon-scale curvature rather than a local force constant. Across the nine previously published observational regimes, the same a₀, ΔA, and δ are used without regime-specific modification. The volume therefore serves as the archival commitment statement for exponent closure and scale consistency in the Light Frame Infrastructure Series.
