DEVELOPING THE PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL DEFORMATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS BASED ON HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
This article examines health-saving technologies as a key factor in developing the prevention of professional-pedagogical deformation in higher education institutions. The mechanisms of health-saving technologies are analyzed, including the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the role of wellness and rehabilitation centers, encouragement of an active leisure culture among educators, and the maintenance of emotional stability. These factors are shown to have a positive impact on teachers’ professional longevity, contributing to sustained professional effectiveness and resistance to occupational burnout.
