Abstract

LFIS–22 records the operational non-accumulation rule for post-completion accounting in Light Frame Cadence Theory: representational completion leaves no remainder. Once a representational obligation is locally fulfilled, that fulfilled obligation does not persist, propagate, accumulate, or generate carried-forward closure debt. The volume distinguishes post-completion non-accumulation from active pre-completion routing, storage, and closure bookkeeping. Stable TD structures, local ledger accounting, and routed obligations remain admissible before completion; the rule prohibits only the persistence of fulfilled obligation after completion. LFIS–22 is the operational companion to the formal Non-Accumulation Theorem in Core MF. It introduces no new parameters, regimes, data analyses, or dynamical laws, and fixes the plain-language accounting rule used across later LFIS applications.
