Abstract

Post-Temporal (Ledgeral) Physics: Scope, Ontological Closure, and the Structural Mandate Test (SMT) is a publication-grade standards document defining the scientific adjudication posture of Post-Temporal (Ledgeral) Physics. This paper does not function as a conceptual tour of the theory. Its purpose is to state, with procedural precision, the criteria by which the framework is intended to be evaluated and either accepted or rejected. The document defends Post-Temporal (Ledgeral) Physics as a closed physical ontology, where primitives and persistence conditions are internally asserted rather than inherited from continuity-based assumptions. It further defends the framework as falsifier-first under strict Popperian governance, requiring explicit scope, precommitted discriminators, and binding loss conditions. This is instantiated via the Structural Mandate Test (SMT), defined as the first scoped falsifier corridor of the theory. The paper also links the ontology to operationalization-grade instantiations (NOX and the NOX simulator) and to additional extensions (Ledgeral Fission Dynamics; Ledgeral Magnetic Compression Dynamics), establishing a traceable corpus of executable, auditable artifacts. The thesis is simple: the framework’s legitimacy rests on risk and enforceability, and it is designed to be judged cleanly and decisively inside scope.
