Abstract

Since 2014, India's foreign Policy has undergone a significant reassessment under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reflecting a mix of pragmatic realism and assertive nationalism. This study examines changes in India's global posture through an analysis of the ideological shifts, strategic alignment and diplomatic innovations that have characterized the Modi era. It explores how initiatives such as Neighborhood first Policy, Act East and Indo-Pacific Strategy have redifined India's regional and global engagement.
