Abstract

Abstract:This paper presents a non-linear model of human civilizational development driven by deterministic planetary and cosmic cycles. By analyzing historical data through a fractal lens, we identify a synchronized "metronome" of catastrophes: a 105-year cycle for major bolide impacts, a logarithmic 7x10^n-year scale for mega-volcanic eruptions, and 10–11-year decadal seismic resonances synchronized with solar minimums. The author argues that "progress" is not a product of spontaneous cultural growth but a forced evolutionary response to these planetary shocks. Each major technological shift—from the invention of the bone needle during the Toba volcanic winter (74 ka) to the construction of high-tech permafrost "freezers" in Kostenki (25 ka) and the development of tactical logistics warehouses in Göbekli Tepe (12 ka)—represents an emergency engineering solution to a survival ultimatum. The study refutes the traditional "ritualistic" interpretation of ancient megalithic sites, proposing instead a model of industrial-scale food preservation and geopolymer construction (tuff-natron casting) necessitated by the disappearance of megafauna. This framework provides a predictive tool for assessing current planetary risks and the next imminent phase of human structural adaptation.
