Abstract

This document is the public-facing release note for the spec-only patch CDIP v2.0-beta- revA. It formalizes Route B (Balanced Architecture): a strict separation between a frozen obligation-bearing CORE and a new PERIMETER layer that is AUX-only. The PERIMETER admits guarded coinductive structures (Later modality ▷) under a deterministic earliest-fail gate partition. This release makes no engineering, deployment, or performance claims.
