Abstract
This study addresses the methodological and normative challenges of measuring digital harm in contemporary legal systems. It explores legal standards for damage assessment alongside technical metrics related to data loss, algorithmic bias, reputational harm, and economic impact. The paper proposes an integrated legal–technical model capable of translating abstract digital harm into quantifiable and judicially assessable indicators.
