Abstract

This record provides a timestamped priority note outlining a “computational verification” framing of relational physics: physical evolution as constrained verification under finite thermodynamic budgets, with geometry/gravity interpreted as an effective macroscopic residue of global consistency constraints encoded in correlations (mutual information) among degrees of freedom. The note is intentionally high-level and focuses on conceptual structure and definitions. It does not include application-specific implementation details. Files included:• zenodo_priority_note.pdf — priority note (human-readable)• zenodo_priority_note.tex — LaTeX source• cvu_hash_commit.txt — cryptographic commitment (hashes) to an expanded internal manuscript and its archival bundle (not published here), enabling time-anchored provenance without disclosing the full document.
