Abstract

This paper presents the foundational framework of Unified Field Information Theory (UFIT), a phenomenological model describing quantum entanglement as a time-dependent dynamical process rather than an instantaneous correlation. Central to the theory is the postulate of a finite settling time for the pre-resonance field \Lambda(t). Using a second-order damped field equation (the Translator equation), the model predicts a specific characteristic time scale of \tau \approx 38 femtoseconds for photons in the visible spectrum. This version establishes the Z-plane framework, where correlations are viewed as a synchronization process between a metric-free information plane and physical spacetime. The work offers a falsifiable prediction: Bell inequality violations (S > 2) only emerge after this characteristic time scale, which can be tested via attosecond-resolved coincidence measurements.
