komimensah/Inferring-decision-urgency-from-vegetation-biomass-dynamics: A Stochastic Process Framework for Decision Urgency in Ecologically Loose Systems
Abstract
This release implements a stochastic decision-urgency inference framework using real administrative-level data. The pipeline combines NDVI-derived biomass, rainfall extremes, climatic suitability, and conflict indicators to estimate biological buffering, shock volatility, and time-varying intervention urgency across states. Outputs include state-level time series, publication-ready figures, and spatial decision maps designed to support early warning and prioritization under uncertainty.
