Add project config, requirements, images, and update CI Renamed the GitHub Actions workflow to 'tests' and updated it to install dependencies from requirements.txt. Added pyproject.toml and requirements.txt for project and dependency management. Included documentation images for repo structure and UI. These changes set up the project structure, dependencies, and CI for testing.
