A One-Number, No-Tuning Test: π π = 80.4335 m W =80.4335 GeV and Nonzero Black-Hole Love Numbers from a Finite Vacuum Response
Abstract
This version is a prediction-first manifesto: it establishes in advance a minimal set of binary no-tuning tests implied by a finite-capacity causal vacuum response framework. The construction fixes a universal response time tau and a topological electroweak normalization FEW = pi, which produces an explicit electroweak prediction mW = (hbar / (c^2 * tau)) * FEW = 80.4335 GeV to be confronted directly with precision measurements. Independently, the same response law predicts that classical Kerr rigidity is not exact in the strong-field tidal regime, implying a strictly positive black-hole quadrupolar Love number k2 > 0 and a fixed (non-tunable) scaling exponent n = 4 for the leading response trend. The document is intentionally structured as a rigid falsifiability test: if future high-precision electroweak or gravitational-wave observations contradict these fixed predictions, the framework is rejected without parameter redefinition. Conversely, simultaneous validation across both sectors would indicate a common physical origin for inertial mass generation and strong-field gravitational response in a finite and saturating vacuum dynamics.
