Sal-Meter Open Competition Charter v1.0
Abstract
This record publishes the canonical governance Charter for the Sal-Meter Open Competition v1.0. This Charter defines participation rules, track structure (A/B/C), governance separation, and non-derogable CAIS compliance boundaries. It does not prescribe implementations and does not replace or modify any DOI-registered technical definitions. For technical structure, participation orientation, and implementation context, refer to the associated snapshot documents on Figshare and the non-canonical GitHub coordination hub. In case of any perceived inconsistency:DOI-registered canonical records take precedence.Snapshot documents provide context, not rule changes.GitHub materials are non-authoritative by design. Implementation & Open Development Index (Non-Authoritative) For open development, competition participation, and non-authoritativeimplementation references only, see the public index repository below: https://github.com/salpida-foundation/sal-meter-competition This repository functions strictly as an implementation index andcoordination layer. It does not carry canonical, constitutional, orinterpretive authority, which remains fixed exclusively in theDOI-registered records listed above.
