D1.1 INSTINCT use cases definition, requirements and system architecture

This deliverable contains the work conducted within Task 1.1 “Use cases definition, KPIs and system requirements specification” and Task 1.3 “System architecture and performance evaluation methodology”. The main objective of this deliverable is to specify the use cases and aset of system requirements that will address the core objectives of reconfigurability, immersiveness, self-healing and agility, interactive intelligence and energy efficiency, which will be the basis for all further work.
