Abstract

Set of raw data that was used to substantiate the outcomes of the publication "Natural wax batch-to-batch variability – Implications for oleogel application". The dataset includes mass percentages obtained from LC-ELSD measurements as well as raw data for FTIR spectroscopy, DSC analysis of waxes and 10 wt% oleogels, temperature tests in oscillatory rheology and BFM micrographs of 10 wt% oleogels in MCT-oil for different batches of five natural waxes.
