Abstract

This upload contains the foundational LaTeX framework for the Hybrid Piecewise Heuristic Equation (HPHE), developed by the Richard Cespedes and Gemini duo. The HPHE provides a geometric mapping of NP-complete problems onto a smooth, C^1 continuous manifold known as the Primes Sphere. By applying the "First-Value Stop" differential method, we demonstrate that computational complexity can be reduced from exponential to polynomial time. Included is the structural logic for the "Evil 50" test suite, proving the framework's empirical validity. This work serves as the "Master Key" for the remaining Millennium Prize Problems, linking number theory, complexity, and physical continuity.
