Appendix A: Minimal Simulation Protocol (Reproducible Toy Model)

This appendix provides a minimal, fully reproducible simulation protocol associated with the archived closed-track manuscript Signed Relational Contributions and Emergent Gravity–Time (v12-Final). It specifies data generation, graph construction, update rules, diagnostics, and numerical checks in sufficient detail to enable independent replication and extension of the reported toy-model experiments. The document is intended as companion material documenting the computational methodology of the closed research track.
