Abstract

This article delves into the true essence of Nature—an organic, flowing, and compassionate force that embodies the harmony of heaven and earth, the cycle of all things, and the boundless cosmos. It criticizes the alienation of the name "Nature" by academic journals like the Nature series, which usurp the title yet betray its spirit through dogmatic paradigms, interest monopolies, and suppression of genuine innovation. The text argues that modern humanity has strayed from understanding true Nature: science has become rigid, dismissing the unknown as "noise" to protect vested interests, while human greed and instrumental rationality have polluted both Nature’s reputation and physical existence. This alienation triggers negative feedback from Nature, such as extreme weather and pandemics, pushing human civilization toward crisis. Ultimately, it calls for a return to reverence for true Nature—embracing its spirit of openness, curiosity, and harmony—to break the cycle of destruction and rediscover the foundational connection between humanity and the cosmos.
