Supporting figure: Sentinel surveillance and post-pandemic immunity deficits

This repository contains an illustrative supporting figure referenced in an eLetter responding to Brett and Rohani (Science, 2025). The figure illustrates application of the analytical framework described by Brett and Rohani (Science, 2025) to German ARI sentinel surveillance data that have been previously described and are routinely reported in aggregated form (see Duwe et al.; Oh et al.). The figure is provided to aid interpretation and transparency and is not required to follow the argument presented in the eLetter.
