Global Coherence Framework (GCF)
Abstract
The Global Constraint Framework (GCF) proposes that physical states are defined by global admissibility under boundary-imposed constraints rather than local initial data alone. Gravity emerges as the minimal spacetime deformation required to preserve global phase coherence in the presence of localized energy–momentum; curvature serves as the lowest-cost bookkeeping mechanism to maintain universal phase consistency. The Einstein field equations follow uniquely from locality, covariance, second-order dynamics, and conservation under this constraint — with the equivalence principle and universality as consequences, not axioms. GCF is consistent with Modal Theory (MT), where gradient stiffness enforces analogous coherence on the phase-locked scalar vacuum (Δθ = 255°). Testable regimes include weak-field deviations, GW phase rigidity, and equivalence violations under extreme decoherence.
