The etymologies of Zalmoxis, Gebeleixis, Zylmyzdr(i)e:no:s, Asclepius, Kronos, Axiokersos, Axieros, Dionysus, Asclepius and more
Abstract
Expanding and updating my etymologies of Zalmoxis/Zylmyzdr(i)e:no:s as Golden Spear/Green Spear/Golden Arrow/Green Arrow/Golden Axis/Green Axis, which I first published in January of 2025, one year ago. Continuing/expanding my etymology of Gebeleixis/Gebeleizis/Zebeleixis as "bright spear/tree/axis"; adding my new etymology of Dionysos as "Bright/Heavenly Tree/Axis", and my first ever etymologies of Axiokersos, Axiokersa and Axieros, which are most likely the correct etymolgies. And my first etymology of Kronos, which is most likely correct and better than Janda's etymology. And my new etymology of Asclepius, totally different from my previous etymology of Asclepius, and this new one is very likely to be correct.
