Abstract

This work outlines a groundbreaking future social form anchored in the core values of "fairness and freedom," redefining governance, resource allocation, and citizen participation through cutting-edge technologies. The system eliminates power inequality and resource imbalance by integrating W3C DID (Decentralized Identity)/SSI (Self-Sovereign Identity), post-quantum cryptography, AI-driven resource allocation, and blockchain traceability, realizing the vision of "everyone can participate equally in governance." At its core, the system features five core principles: autonomy (system self-decision with human-machine collaborative supervision), transparency (real-time on-chain disclosure of governance and resource flows), quantum-level tamper-proofing (Dilithium-5 signature, Kyber-1024 key encapsulation, and QKD integration), cultural adaptability (multilingual support and localized rule adaptation), and inclusivity for special groups (AI proxies, brain-computer interfaces, and revocable agent mechanisms). Its six-layer technical architecture (client, edge, application, ledger/storage, cryptographic trust, monitoring/audit) supports five-dimensional subsystems: governance decision-making (hierarchical voting, policy DSL specification), resource allocation (three-layer engine ensuring 99.5% basic needs satisfaction, Gini coefficient ≤0.2), technical support (quantum-resistant blockchain, cross-chain interoperability), execution feedback (automated rewards/punishments, dispute resolution), and security trust (HSM cluster, threshold signatures). Implemented in five phased stages (preparation, small-scale pilot, regional expansion, national integration, global autonomy), the system evolves from local trials to global self-governance, gradually replacing traditional governance core functions while retaining ethical supervision. It integrates sustainable development goals (carbon reduction, biodiversity protection) into resource allocation, achieves cross-cultural coexistence, and ultimately builds a human-machine collaborative, ecologically friendly, and universally inclusive new social order—eliminating systemic injustice and realizing the ultimate goal of global sustainable governance.
