A phylogenetic framework for conservation planning, trade mitigation and population rescue
Abstract
We compiled a comprehensive checklist of Hong Kong orchids and constructed a time-calibrated phylogeny using nuclear (ITS) and plastid (trnL-F, matK, trnH-psbA) sequence data.
