3rd_exp_qptiff_from_Spatial immune hubs defined by conserved activated dendritic cells are remodeled by immunotherapy

These QPTIFF files were generated from CODEX multiplexed imaging data. Tissue arrays and sections were stained with validated CODEX antibody panels and processed using the CODEX/PhenoCycler platform (Akoya Biosciences), followed by imaging on a fluorescence microscope (BZ-X series, Keyence Corporation of America). CODEX multiplexed imaging was performed through iterative cycles of fluorophore stripping, oligonucleotide annealing, and imaging, using fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides complementary to antibody-conjugated DNA barcodes.
