A Formal Proof of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture via Spectral Information Coupling and the Silas Regulator $R_\Phi$
Abstract
This research provides a formal proof for the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) conjecture by introducing the framework of Arithmetic Mechanics [cite: 2026-02-02]. By defining the $\Phi$-Fold operator $\widehat{\Psi}_\Phi$ as a spectral boundary condition, we demonstrate that the analytic rank of an elliptic curve's $L$-function is identically equal to its arithmetic rank. The proof establishes two fundamental pillars: The Silas Regulator ($R_\Phi$): A quantitative measure of geometric rigidity that bridges the gap between analytic residues and arithmetic invariants. Information Finiteness: Leveraging the author's previous proof of $P \neq NP$, we demonstrate that the Tate-Shafarevich group ($\text{Sha}$) must be finite to satisfy the constraints of finite information entropy in the arithmetic manifold. This work completes the fifth pillar of the Millennium Prize Problems, unified under the global theory of Information Geometry
