Major Conjectures and Cosmological Tests E; The Cosmological Falsifiability of the Riemann Hypothesis
Abstract
This paper constructs a theoretical and testing framework that connects theRiemann Hypothesis with observable cosmological phenomena. By introducing a setof core axioms based on information ontology (Information Universe Axiom, BinaryGeneration Axiom, Prime Path Axiom), we transform the distribution problem ofthe nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function into a specific physical predictionregarding the statistical properties of phase noise in the large-scale structure of theuniverse. The theory predicts that if this physicalized Riemann Hypothesis holds, then the phase noise power spectrum N(k) extracted from 21 cm intensity mappingobservations, after fractional filtering with the complex parameter s = 1/2 + iρ,will exhibit a series of coherent local minima in the response function F(1/2,ρ) atpositions where ρ equals the imaginary parts of the zeta function zeros. Preliminaryverification of the feasibility of extracting this predicted signal is carried out throughsimulations and system robustness tests based on SKA-2, and a roadmap for futurestep-by-step testing and falsification using actual observation data is planned. Thisopens up for the first time an empirical test path from cosmological scales for thispurely mathematical conjecture.
