PART XI CONSOLIDATION AND FALSIFIABLE TESTS OF MODIFIED DYNAMICS OF WEAK FIELDS (MDW)
Abstract
ABSTRACT We present Part XI of the Modified Dynamics of Weak Fields (MDW) program, providing a consolidated, corrected, and conservative formulation of the theory developed in Parts I–IX. MDW describes gravitational dynamics in the weak-field regime through a conformally coupled scalar field Phi, without invoking dark matter or a cosmological constant. In this work, we explicitly correct previous overstatements, unify notation, and clearly separate derived quantities, fitted parameters, and observational forecasts. We show that MDW consistently explains galaxy rotation curves, predicts distinctive density profiles and expansion rates in cosmic voids, and yields an effective cosmic acceleration without Lambda. All predictions are falsifiable with upcoming surveys such as Euclid and DESI, and all numerical results are reproducible.
