Abstract

This paper constitutes the third installment of the Time Layer Theory (TLT) framework. We address the cosmological baryon asymmetry problem ($\eta \approx 6 \times 10^{-10}$) by proposing a geometric source of CP violation intrinsic to the early universe. Key Findings: Geometric CP Violation: We posit that the "Time Layers" defined in our previous works underwent significant acceleration ($\vec{A}_{\tau} \neq 0$) during the Inflationary Epoch. This temporal curvature breaks T-symmetry, and consequently CP-symmetry, favoring matter decay channels. Numerical Consistency: We derive a baryon-to-photon ratio of $\eta_{TLT} \approx 10^{-9}$, satisfying the Sakharov conditions without requiring Supersymmetry or new heavy particles. Resolution of the Strong CP Problem: Unlike standard high-scale models, our mechanism is time-dependent. We demonstrate that as the universe relaxed into the current FRW phase, temporal acceleration vanished ($\vec{A}_{\tau} \rightarrow 0$). This predicts a null Neutron Electric Dipole Moment (nEDM) today, consistent with experimental limits ($|d_n| < 1.8 \times 10^{-26} e \cdot \text{cm}$), effectively resolving the Strong CP problem without axions.
