Jessica Jaime Paulin All-Functional Extraction Machine
Abstract
This document presents a comprehensive technical solution and commercialization package for a 50L-scale pilot plant extraction system dedicated to plant-derived ingredients (e.g., essential oils, polyphenols, flavonoids). Centered on modularity, scalability, and regulatory compliance, the system integrates nine core functional modules: 50L basket-type distillation kettle, ultrasonic cell disruptor, closed-loop solvent extraction tank, vacuum concentration/recovery unit, residue drying oven, CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning circuit, PLC control cabinet, thermal/cooling system, and process piping assembly. It provides detailed engineering deliverables including reproducible Python-based blueprint scripts, dimensional parameters, material specifications (predominantly AISI-316L), interface standards, heat balance/cooling load calculations, and I/O control tables. Additionally, the package covers end-to-end implementation tools: FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols, bilingual (Chinese-English) RFQ templates, supplier evaluation matrices, contract key clauses, target customer positioning (SMEs, R&D institutions, CMOs), and sales scripts. Designed for small-batch production, process validation, and scalable commercialization, the solution enables compliant operation, data traceability (CSV export), and efficient plant ingredient extraction with a solvent recovery rate ≥ 95% and GC-MS fingerprint similarity ≥ 95%.
