Abstract

This dataset contains raw fastq data for a genome-wide CRISPR screen identifying radiation-sensitizing targets and a barcoding experiment for clonal evolution. For the CRISPR screen, two biological replicates were performed for both the control and radiation-treated groups (CTL-Rep1, CTL-Rep2, RT-Rep1, RT-Rep2). For clonal evolution analysis, five radiation-treated groups (RT-r1, RT-r2, RT-r3, RT-r4, RT-r5) were established, with barcoded GSCs cultured in parallel serving as the baseline control (CTL) for barcode distribution. The CRISPR screen was performed as single-end sequencing, and the barcoding sequecing was paired-end. Raw count data and GFOLD analysis results for clonal evolution are also included.
