Abstract

This diagram formalises the invariant-first control architecture underlying Filtration Theory. The framework asserts that system persistence requires non-negotiable invariants enforced prior to capability, learning, or optimisation. All downstream functions are explicitly conditional and subject to retraction through a filtration (permission) boundary. The architecture is intended as a structural model applicable across domains, including artificial intelligence, governance, cognition, and complex adaptive systems. This artefact serves as the canonical visual reference for subsequent theoretical and empirical work.
