Local thernal studies in an axial flux machine
Abstract
The results obtained showcase the complementarity between the overall motor CFD and studies at the local level. Some difficulties have arisen in setting up representative boundary conditions. The current results have been useful to orient some of the project designs and future improvements. More detailed/exhaustive results could be generated in the future.
