LipidOne FLA core: R script for computing 42 lipid functional indices from LMS.txt

This Zenodo record archives the core R script of LipidOne Functional Lipid Analysis (FLA). Starting from an LMS-formatted input table (LMS.txt), the script computes 42 lipid functional indices per sample and produces two outputs: all_indices.rds (raw indices) and all_indices_zscore.rds (z-scored indices).The deposit includes the FLA.R script, minimal documentation, and a small example dataset to allow end-to-end execution.Suggested use: Rscript FLA.R . This release corresponds to the software used in the accepted Bioinformatics manuscript.
