Irreversible Constraint Pruning (Law of Observation) and a Stability Formulation of the Riemann Hypothesis
Abstract
We introduce a stability functional constructed from the logarithmic derivative of the com-pleted Riemann zeta function. The Riemann Hypothesis is shown to be equivalent to the absenceof singularities of this functional away from zero offset from the critical line. The formulation ismotivated by irreversible constraint pruning in optimization landscapes but is developed entirelywithin classical analytic number theory.
