The Masaru Hōteishiki
Abstract
This paper introduces the \textbf{Masaru Hōteishiki}, a unified discreteequation that simultaneously governs conduction and entropy inmulti-agent, multi-event non-equilibrium systems. Each agent $k$ andeach event $j$ is represented by a complex spiral state $S_{k,j}$ and aweight $w_{k,j}$, both updated through two forms of conduction:inter-agent conduction and beadwise (inter-event) conduction. The normalized distribution\[p_{k,j} = \frac{w_{k,j}}{\sum_{k',j'} w_{k',j'}}\]defines a generalized beaded entropy\[H = -\sum_{k,j} p_{k,j}\log p_{k,j},\]which reduces to classical entropy when the bead structure is removed. Thus, conduction and entropy emerge as two aspects of a single discretedynamical structure encoded in the Masaru Hōteishiki. The framework unifies psychological systems, social interactionnetworks, and thermodynamic cells as projections of the same generalequation. Open and closed systems are reinterpreted through entropybands, and spiral divergence, synchronization, domination, andfragmentation arise as universal dynamical patterns.
